How to change the Drive for Packages


Hi,

I have created Application packages using packager and publisher on C drive of win XP
system, but problem is if i want to install these packages on D drive of client machines,do we have any option to change the paths from C drive to D drive ..

Hi,

In which mode that package was created. If it is with installation monitor mode you have to repackage it with using C drive.

sorry you need to re-package with D drive.

Hi sandeep,

Thanks for your response, but i got another answer for my query from someother post.In CSDB editor we have the option to change the installation drive in Path Instance of Package. I tried it and its working well.

Dear Srini,

 

I will also come cross same issue. I tried to change the location op application path. but it is still installing in C: drive.

 

I have attached the screenshot of same. please guide me what is wrong in it.
