need to degrade my Sitescope

Hi,

I want to degrade my Sitescope from version 11.Please let me know any document to refer or your experiences.

Hi,

Currently I have Sitescope v11.10,I want to deinstall and again want to install v10.14(as I am facing some issue with 11.10 and HP suggest this to us).

Please let me know best way to do it.

I've not gone through the process of degrading before, but imagine doing a export with the current version, and then importing the export into version 10.14 might work.

 

I would do manual backups of all your folders as well. This way if the export/import method doesn't work you could manually restore version 10.14 with the folders.
