I am monitoring list of monitor on sitescope for different VMs.
All the monitor is working Fine, but the services is not monitoring for other VMs.
Message is Coming :- "Unavailable, Access is denied" for the services status.
Can you please help me to rectify this error.

You would need to have a closer look at the ERROR.LOG and RUNMONITOR.LOG in the Sitescope\log directory, it should contain more information about the error.
secondly, I suggest to you look for keywords "Unavailable, Access is denied vmware" in our SSO portal:
Choose "Sitescope" product and all versions. you will see a number of documents with VMware issues.

For Microsoft SQL server 2008 R2
