BAC UCMDB 8.02 - View Manager - Problem Saving View
Hi All, I'm trying to modify a custom view in Admin->Modeling->View Manager but when I save the view I have the following error: "System has failed to save the resource". I tried with different views but the error message is always the same. I don't think that It is a view error.
Well, that's exactly what I was talking about. You've exceeded your CIs count quota (that's why you can't create any more resources in UCMDB). You need to increase the quota (Admin -> Settings -> Infrastructure Settings Manager -> Foundations -> CMDB) for both: customer and server. Then restart UCMDB application. Then enjoy.
It need to increase the CIs count quota. To do this you must increase the quota in : Admin->Platform->Setup and Manintenance->Infrastructure Settings->Foundations->CMDB ->CMDB Quota Settings Area(Max Number Of Objects In Server and Max Number Of Objects In The Customer Model) After you have to restart BAC application.
