I'm very happy and proud to share with you the newly added features to ALM Octane. Incredible to see what the R&D team delivered in just in 3 month:
 
Requirements module
New Requirement module allows to author documents and link them to features and tests.
 
ALM Octane in more languages
Use ALM Octane in your own language: choose French, German, Japanese or Spanish.
 
UFT Integration
Discover tests directly from SCM. Create automatic test suites. Run mixed test suites of automatic and manual
 
Shared space enhancements
Define properties in a shared space, such as workflow, UDFs and releases, that are inherited by its workspaces.
 
Cross-workspace widgets
Create widgets that compile data from multiple workspaces.
 
User management
Activate and deactivate users.
 
System and user-defined lists
Modify the default values of many system lists, and create your own custom lists.
 
Identify application modules at risk (part of precitive analytics)
'Quality by application module' widget: Add the percentage of risky commits to the criteria.
 
Import backlog items and tests from Excel
Create your Backlog or import manual tests and test suites directly from an Excel file.
 
Pipeline failure analysis - more information at your fingertips
We've added new options and hints to help you analyze failures. For example, click in the analysis widgets to filter failures by relevant criteria.
 
Close up sprints and perform a team retrospective
With the new Retrospective area in Team Backlog, address your team's unfinished items and carry out a sprint retrospective.
 
Add attachments during a test run
Add attachments to a test run or a test step directly from the Manual Runner.
 
Eclipse IDE integration
Do your ALM Octane work directly within an Eclipse IDE
 
REST API
All task operations (GET, PUT, POST, DEL) are now supported.
